  • Actual prices, offers, and availability may vary on Nikavi Tronics’ e-commerce platforms.

3. Purchases, Billing & Payments

Since HiPic does not support online orders, all purchases must be completed via Nikavi Tronics through authorized sales channels, including:

  • Partner e-commerce platforms
  • Authorized physical stores or resellers

All payments are processed securely by Nikavi Tronics’ payment partners.HiPic never collects or stores payment information.

4. Order Confirmation, Delivery & Warranty

These services are managed entirely by Nikavi Tronics:

  • Replacement, returns, and service support
  • Manufacturer and store warranty

HiPic does not participate in order fulfillment, warranty claims, or customer service related to purchases.
