Thank you for choosing HiPic. HiPic televisions are marketed under the brand portfolio of Nikavi Tronics, who also manages warranty, service, and after-sales support.
Before using the product, we strongly recommend reading the user manual to ensure proper installation and safe operation.
Warranty is valid only when the warranty card or invoice is presented at the time of service. The invoice must include the product model, serial number, and purchase date.
Nikavi Tronics reserves the right to refuse warranty service if the required documents (invoice/warranty card) are missing or tampered with.
Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects. Damage caused due to mishandling, physical impact, or unauthorised service will not be covered.
The warranty does not cover:
Physical damage, cracks, or shattered LED panels
Damage caused by lightning, electrical surge, short circuit, unstable voltage
Damage due to moisture, insects, rust, or liquid spills
Installation errors by non-authorized technicians
Burnt circuits due to high voltage or power fluctuations
Dead pixels within the manufacturer-approved tolerance
If the TV cannot be serviced at the customer’s premises, it must be taken to the nearest authorized service centre. Transportation charges are borne by the customer.
Replacement or repair time typically requires 7 to 14 business days, depending on part availability and service workload.
In case of LED panel damage (breakage, impact, cracks), the customer will be responsible for up to 80% of the panel cost, as LED panels are not covered under standard warranty.
Accessories such as remote controls, stands, wall mounts, cables, etc., carry a limited warranty and are not covered for physical damage.
Warranty becomes void if:
The serial number sticker is removed or altered
The product is modified or repaired by unauthorized technicians
The TV is used commercially without a prior commercial warranty agreement
HiPic/Nikavi Tronics will not be responsible for data loss, settings loss, or interruptions caused by software updates, user modifications, or external devices connected to the TV.
